When I have used them in Intel based machines, they seem to work just fine.
But I have to agree, I have been really disappointed in their products ever since they started using their new EAX chips.....
From what I understand, they bought out another company that made some nice audio chips and then slapped them on their board and called it a day
(Figuratively, of course)
IMHO they need to go back to their original ways and make their own chips and get back to their SB16 - SB64AWE quality products.
