Hmm, a bit late now but I would try it without the 'synthetic chamios' and just 2 fans
blowing lengthwise instead of on top.
It's real fun to clean chamios from all dust and grime that you cant escape with an open system.

In my experience evap cooling is so effiecient that you easlily reach catchment area
of the surrounding air. Only thing that helps then is to exchange all the air in the room.

Im cooling a thunderbird at 1600Mhz with 1.85 v. - with an simple open reservoir.
It's just big - 40 liters, 5 degrees celcius over ambient.
