PlawWorth: Yes I know about the built in option but so far I think it sucks Besides GameVoice IS free! You dont have to register it or pay for it to work.

You can get the server version of the software there and can handle at least 8 people on a good Internet connection.
I have been hosting a GameVoice server for months without paying a penny to MS (like I should have to; they already want $1000 to get certified for their own products )
And, no, you do NOT have to buy/register the client version in order to use it. The client version just disables some useless options when it is not registered. Trust me.

BTW I did finnally get my Static DSL up and running last night. Now I am just working out bugs with my router and repairing my main system. The CS server should be up shortly.
