I've made thumbs this time, click on the picture to see it fullsized.

Mill:

I milled 50mm/min about 1mm deep without any problems

Dilemma #1: I only got a 10mm endmill.
Dilemma #2: Didn't have any batteries for the pinolmeasurement (Z) so i didn't know how deep I milled.

Here is the blocks, the first is 10mm channels and the second is 12mm, the first is ugly and the second is better but not good.

Very hard to see the shapes, damn reflective metals!
