Ok Time to move on to other things so my main computer is going on the chopping block. The breakdown of the system is as follows:

Black Cube server case (Unmodified) Has 92MM fan mounted in front of case for intake.
500W Compusa power supply - I removed the stock fans and installed Vantec stealth units. - I hate noise!
Asus P4B266-C Mobo
Retail P4 1.6A 512k Northwood CPU
512 megs of Micron PC2100 DDR (2x256)
Matrox G400 Marvel or G400 MAX (Your choice)
Turtle Beach Santa Cruz soundcard
Promise Fasttrak TX2
Linksys Network card - I "modded" the card by removing the "10/100" LED and wiring it to one of the front LED's so I could monitor the transfer activity on my LAN/ISDN connection.
Panasonic DVD-R/RAM drive Model# LF-D311
3 1/2" floopy drive
ADS Pyro Firewire card with FULL version of MSP 6.0
Dell P991 19" Sony monitor
Logitech wireless Keyboard/Mouse - This particular unit does work with the "keyboard power on" option of the P4B266-C mobo.
WD 7200RPM 40gig system drive
Maxtor 30gig 7200RPM drives (2) setup in RAID 0 on the Fasttrak
Epson 1270 Photo Wide carriage ink-jet.

Software include Windows 2000 upgrade CD (I will include the full retail edition of Windows NT 4 so a "Full" install can be done from the W2k CD)

MS Office 2000 Premium. Full Blown edition. NOT an UPGRADE. This is the NFR edition so I am merely throwing this in as a free bonus with the system.

This system has served me well. The unit will run all day at 2.113Ghz.

The video card option is a matter of choice for the buyer. It makes no nevermind which of the 2 cards I keep.

Shipping for this system is going to be a bit due to the size/number of packages I would have to send out. So a local sale would REALLY make life easy for me and the buyer. That said I will set pricing as follows:

$1400 dollars plus shipping. If you are local (Or reasonably close) and can pick up the machine I will sell it for $1250. Of course I am open to offers/trades but I would prefer to sell the whole unit since parting it out would take quite a long time, and make for a BIG headache in shipping.

References can be had at ebay under the user name riktar. I also am a regular on 2CPU.com forums (Riktar) as well Matrox Users Forums (IM_Riktar).
