The memory is called: Standard 256Mb DDR PC2100/DDR266 184pin 266MHz cas2.5 (AMD OK) by the company who sells them. I have tried running them in cas 2, did work perfect, though it was a little bit more unstable. My motherboard is a MSI K7T266 Pro
