You ought to try running the rads in parallel. It's very likely that you'll achieve better temps.

A single Big Momma should be plenty. The only reason you'd add a second one, is for a bit more performance. In a dually, you're more than likely to hit a limit on the OC that you can get, so again, one Big Momma should do ya!

The fan is critical. If you can shroud both sides of the core, and setup a push-pull fan configuration, that would be ideal, especially if you're only running the fans at 5 volts.

In my next experiment, I'll be putting my own theory to work: "multiple small fans are better than a single one, for noise". I'll post results.
