Other way around, forgot to mention it. Thats the inlet for the heater core actually... Its done like that because the pipes coming out of the heater core are too long and interfere with the motherboard. So I decided to just have it where the water pump is underneath, and shots straight upward.

Yeah, there will be something setup to keep the bubbles out of the system.
