If I had to recommend a pump, I'd recommend a Mag drive 3 (which is my current pump) Theyre very reliable, quiet, and powerful. The md3 is rated at 350 gal/h and has a head of ~10ft and costs like $45 bucks from petsmart. Best pumps for the money if you ask me.
