you might have better luck if the fan were sucking air thru the rad rather than pushing it thru. try it and see.
more airflow is typically better; you may want a more powerful fan (unless your temps are satisfactory.) have you even tried it out yet???

It is already pulling. Well for me the temps are never satisfactory hhe so i guess i will go for more until the fan noise gets annoying.
