Here it is, all nice and mounted.
And here is a leak/test boot setup. I couldn't get all the air out, but I booted it anyway...it didn't go...put the heatsink back on and it came up with "CPU Speed or DRAM Incorrect Setting" error...which is strange cause I didn't touch anything. Oh well, gives me another chance to unlock the CPU.
