Well, a friend of mine asked me about it, because he's got an unusual TIM solution (see ATTA tape thread). It seems that applying it requires a high temp curing process, for about an hour.
I also found (in there) specs for clamping pressure, where a longitudinally applied pressure is prescribed. This makes me wonder about the 4 bolt mounting solution.
