btw do u like your jmc's? they are rated at 26 dBa, are they really that quiet? can u even hear them when using your pc normally? i was thinking of getting some instead of my current (noisy!) sunons but easier for me to get panaflows here (australia) which are rated at 30 dBa but im not sure in ill be able to hear much of a difference between 26 and 30 dBa.

about your rad unless your running a peltier or soemthing i think even with those low speed fans your would be able to cool your processor pretty well, even if you cant overclock much i dont think you got many better options than that.
