I think we could use a few more details...
I will be the first one to say that those are REALLY high temps for a water cooling kit so there is something up there!
How do you have your system layed out? What chip are you cooling and what is the current clock speed? How much are you willing to spend? What is your "goal" temp? What block are you currently using? etc etc etc.
We will be more than happy to help you out, just need more info.
