It does'nt work like that, I thought it did to, but rads need flow exactly like a block does, to transfer heat from water to rad~Cu properly. have you read BillAs rad roundup at overclockers.com?, very enlightening. 2.5GPM is 'optimum' (ballpark figure) for rads...
