I was thinking about this very issue. I thought about making the outlets on the sides of the block instead of ontop of it. That way the water will go all the way down and then left and right into the outlets and then up instead of water hitting water already in the block and pushing out the nearest outlet wich is right next the to inlet. Did that make any since?
