Sorry shaft01, but what's good for the goose is good for the gander, so to speak. Radiators generally benefit from a higher flow rate just as waterblocks do, since they both transfer heat through convection. Of course, remember that radiators are usually limited by the air to metal convection, and that forcing more air over the fins will likely improve things more than an increase in coolant flow.
