I think you mean the "The Deep" model, which seems to be about the same width X height, but as you say twice as deep.
Looks very good and would only cost me about another £9 over the "Black Ice Pro".
I think it's the rad which is the stumbling block at the moment, because I'm here with case temps of 28C and CPU temp of 41C.
With the previous setup I had case temps of 32C and CPU temps of 37C. So I think with the proper rad I should be on my way to getting it about right.
Blowing air through at the moment are 2 X cheapo 80mm fans which must be responsible for the reduction in case temps, but the rad is borking the job by not releasing the heat effectively.
I think I'll give it another week to let the system bed in, but will probably get one of those "The Deep" rads, so that I'm ready for next summer
