What kindof block is it?, did you post about it before?(pics?)...

You could/should still put the biggest fans you can fit blowing onto the luverly Cu rad/res setup, 92's for sure, 120's for best . 80mm don't blow much at the best of times, let alone warm case air!. have you got a big/decent fan blowing into the case as well?...

big fans, but nice and quiet, I'm gonna play with my two 120mm YSTechs when they arrive to see if 7V or Variable resistors give the best noise~perfomance ratio. I don't mind the noise of air rushing through the rad, cause it's deep and soothing. it's whirry fan noise I hate. if I had my own house I'd do what BladeRunner has done and bury a giant res, maybe put a passive huge rad on the return line though, depends what kind of 24/7 water temps he gets...

Maybe make it (the res) out of Cu and have the mains water supply flowing around it in a giant water jacket!! ...
