The block is one I made myself, it's tapped for 1/4" BSP with the inlet in the centre then works its way round in a sort of square spiral, about 14mm deep and 10mm wide.
I've got a couple of 120mm fans which I used on the "Land Rover" setup. All the fans in the setup are controlled by rheostats, I bought one of those 5 1/4" bay models from Kustom PCs, works a treat with controlling the fans speeds, can have them right down till they're nearly stalling.
If I decide to go ahead and re-use my tower case I can make shrouds and have 2 X 120mm fans in a push-pull formation all inside the case, obviously with the air venting out of the case. There'll even be enough room to make a new res and have the filler poking through the back near the very top of the case.
So I'll have the pump at the bottom of the case and the res and rad at the top.
