Actually, *all* valves do this.

airspirit, the idea is pretty clever and certainly has potential. But my concern is how you plan to account for the temperature variations in the reservoir. You want to make sure the rad is drawing off the hottest water and returning it, while the line(s) to the CPUs is taking the coldest water. And unless you're using very high flow rates or some way to mix up the stuff in the reservoir constantly, you could see differences of several degrees from one point to another.
