yea each pump will have it's own set of flap valves mounted at the end of the milled channels on another perspex "layer" to be added on top. (that layer will also include the lead in to the next pumps inlet)

The whole lot will be perspex except for the end bearing assembles for the impellers (scavanged from the original pumps impeller chambers)

And of course it would be almost criminal to make something like this and not include led's (looking at a circuit design with "chase" led's currently)

yea that's pretty much solved with the valve assembly I'm making (already tested on a single pump design)
