Well then Gmat It looks like you have two options then..

1) spend MAJOR bucks and get the fanless PSU

2) just watercool the SOB <--my choice

(Apparently I must have ear damage becuase I thougth that the Vantec Stealths did a very good job at being "quiet." DAMN them diesel engines!!!!
