Like I said I was running a slot 1 PIII 650 @ 975 which was as high as my mobo would support. I ran it at stock voltage and never had stability problems. With a slocket it may be different but with the two slot 1 cpus that I've ran on this thing I havent had problems.

Someone else may be able to help you more but I dont think that you'll have a problem.
