Item is in excellent condition and I bought it not too long ago. Have been using water wetter in my system so there is no corossion or damage to the block. Comes with mounting gear and box, will fit Pentium 4 and AMD.
This is the 3/8" fitting version. There is conflicting reports on whether or not the 1/2 is better or not. check out the Overclockers article
