Yes, it beat the Maze1C at full load. At idle, it's the same. This block does come with a clip to hold it on, I got the block from Joe, not Chip, who didn't send the clip. Chip is sending the clip, but I wasn't patient enough to wait for it.

(Damn, sounds like an IBM commercial with all the rhyming) And yes, the oven was on, in the "warm setting", which is somewhere between 125 and 160f.
