The system I intend for this coming year will be my first w/c as well. And I agree completly with Darkedge, better safe than sorry.

For the highly experianced they may well not be needed, but I'm not. And I won't risk killing a CPU for a bit of bravado.

Wouldn't feel to kool to kill a 4-$500.00 Barton, or worse a p4 @$600+$.
