Of course not. Spending any money on watercooling never pays off for itself!
You might be able to run your CPU a little bit cooler which will make it last a little bit longer, and you'd make your computer a little quieter, but once you put a dollar value on those, then take into account the added risk factor (leak), then you're out!
With such a powerful pump, you might be able to get your cpu temp to drop a degree or two, maybe (depends on the block).
If you're considering Cathar's White Water block, then you would do very well with pretty much any pump. You don't need an Iwaki, nor a "Little Giant". I wouldn't bother with the overpriced Eheim, and I'd stick with the basic selection that you can find in the Forums.
I've only got a Little Giant because I'm getting into making a waterblock. Otherwise, I'd certainly jump at the chance to get a White Water block, and I'd probably use a Rio or Danner (with mod) pump with it.
