In between cross-word puzzles here at work, I had time to think about your statement Bill.

It is obvious that the heat load impact on a wb's bp is different using a TEC Vs the heat load from a CPU die alone.

Although I was not planning to change the fittings on my UHT, but rather my UH based on your findings (and my curiosity) your question has left me more confused than I normally am.

Does your question imply that increasing the inlet fluid velocity will not increase the efficiency of the water block because of the addition of the TEC? Or am I missing something else here?
