Default Rebuilding my watercooling system...need advice

I need your advice on some stuff. I am coming across some money soon I finally have some spare cash to rebuild my watercooling system. Here is what I currently have:

-DD Maze2 P4
-BIX w/ 108CFM 120mm fan
-Dtek aluminim reservior w/ Rio 144GPH pump
-1/2" system w/ silicon tubing

With this I am getting a temp of 39C on my non-overclocked 2GHz P4. It was overclocked to 2.5GHz @ 1.725V @ `44C but I've been getting some instability lately so I clocked it down to the default speed and voltage until I could upgrade my water cooling system and hopefully get lower temps. All temps taken while idle.

In this planned upgrade I plan on getting the following items

-Eheim 1250 or ViaAqua 1300 or the new Hydor L30
-ClearFlex 60 Tubing
-Dtek bay reservior

I plan on keeping my Maze2 and BIX. My question is which pump should I go with. I did a forum search on the Via pump and found some ppl that liked it and ppl that didnt, couldn't really find anything on the new Hydor pumps, so I'm kinda leaning towards the Eheim pump.

Also, when rebuilding the system what would be the best configuration?

A: pump -> wb -> res -> rad -> pump
B: pump -> rad -> wb -> res -> pump
C: pump -> wb -> rad -> res -> pump
D: Other

Currently I am running configuration pump/res -> rad -> wb -> pump/res. I am hoping to get significant improvement over my current setup as I believe it is my slow pump that is causing the relatively poor performance for my setup. Is there any other components you would change? Thanks for any of your sugestions.

BTW, the average ambient temp inside my case is about 28C.
