I wouldn't have offered on shipping if I wasn't totally aware of the cost. The offer still stands if you choose to accept.
The radiators were a bit of a joke name, carrying on with the Australian obsession of referring to things in relation to the rear end. The name was obviously good enough to steal though, as one Australian vendor impicitly assumed the right to name their near-clone radiators with the shortened term of "BA".
I'd rename the radiators and stick a brand copyright on them in the future.
There's no way I'd be getting the silver extruded for such small quantities. While I don't know the exact details, I imagine getting a cheap lost-wax investment cast made up would do the job just nicely for such small quantities.
