mfpmax has it.

Once the system is bled of air, it is of next to no consequence which way you mount the radiator except for whichever way is easiest for you to route tubing.

Just lie it flat with the barbs pointing up when bleeding, and give it a good shake every few minutes until all the air is out of it. Then you can stick it wherever way you want.
