mkosem: Well, the flow is good enough to flow through a Danger Den Cooling cube, three waterblocks, and 10' of 3/8" tubing, and still manage 40-41 deg C CPU at idle (via MBM).

The CPU waterblock "in" water temp sensor gives me 32-33 deg C with a ambient temp of 24 deg C.

All with being cheap, and rather quiet to boot.

It has lasted 19 months so far, and eaten gobs of brown algi, (notice the discoloration in the smaller dia tubing leading to the CPU waterblock intake), all for less than $18 shipped.
