How do I relate the backpressure of a radiator to a flow curve for a fan?

BillA gives some nice data here about heatercores:

However he simply lists the static pressure needed for a given air flow.

Looking at fans OTOH, the pdfs typically list the flow at a given backpressure. Sadly I'm not smart enough to relate the two. Could someone help me out with some formulas?

Also, heres a PDF for reference. I'd love to try out these 127*127*52mm fans. The static pressure these things generate is simply amazing. Not to mention they're almost the exact size of a heatercore.
