How did you achieve the 0.045 wide cuts? Or did you go with 1/4? (btw, you can use saw blades, see the Radius thread, somewhere in the middle...)

Where can one get an Alu piece anodized?

How are you going to reduce the bp thickness?

What can you tell us about this "adjustable manifold"?
