Reconsider your price if you want to sell it. I could probably build two of those for $700, if I looked hard enough. I hate to rain on your parade, but actual appraised value on that system used is probably less than $400 USD.
The problem with computer equipment is that they lose their value at a phenomenal rate, some 50%+ every six months, until it bottoms out at around 10% of the initial invested price. Sorry for the bad news. Computers are a tool, not an investment.
