Almost.

I'm suggesting that you put Bix #1 in parallel with Bix #2 (not in series).

The benefit is that you'll use the first pump strictly to push flow through the CPU waterblock.

With the BIXs in parallel, the GPU block shouldn't see much of a difference in flow rate.

You might be able to drop your (CPU) temps by a degree or two that way.
