There are people running those timings at much faster FSB speeds, using PC3500. The new BIOS editions fixed alot of RAM issues (there were a ton). I'm currently running 2-2-2-4 [edit: wrong number!] on XMS2700 at 190 FSB. I have got it up to 205 FSB at 2-2-2-5, and up to 215 at 2.5-3-3-8 (lower mult, anything under 10X gives a 5-10% processor performance hit, which the memory bus can't make up for--error in the BIOS that still exists). The reviewer was wrong. Plus, he probably was using the stock NB cooler (sux) which greatly limits the FSB speeds on this board (I'm surprised the thing didn't melt). When you put a new chipset fan on, you get a massive gain in OC ability (for me I went from a max in the 180s to 215, and my timings at 180 were higher than the 215 timings).
