It doesn't make much difference performance wise but if you are planning on over volting the ram then add some heat sinks as it will prolong the life of the ram which IMO is just as important as performace as DDR does not seem to be getting cheaper. Just a thought.
Also agree with the others on cooling the north bridge! My fan NB fan failed on a few of my boards and it would lock up with raised FSB that would normally run fine. I am working on a few designs for NB blocks to mill out. Just need the time....
