Default Bad Temps

Ok, just put together my first WC loop. I'll list components and detail setup first, then talk about the problem.

Innovatek Waterblock Rev3
Single Innovatek Radiator w/ 64CFM Globalwin 120mm Fan sucking.
600L/h sumbergible pump, running in a small 3"x2" tub because it wouldnt fit in the reservoir.
Innovatek Tank-O-Matic Reservoir
Innovatek Flow-O-Matic Flowmeter
All on 3/8th"ID tubing (8mm).

All hooked up and running, on an Athlon XP 2000+ at stock speed/voltage. Was getting about 50C on half-decent air cooling, room temp is about 30-32C. Case temp is 34C.

With this equipment, CPU temp is 46C under full load. The water is warming up, without a thermometer to check, I would guess its at about 35C or so, and the tanks at the top/bottom of the rad are slightly warm, so the water seems to be getting warm. But still, the CPU temp is quite high. Or at least I feel it is. $250 worth of watercooling equipment, and only getting AX7 temps? Doesnt sound right to me.

I've checked that the waterblock is clamped tightly, and it is. I noticed it is able to be clamped tighter when it has heated up, which I guess is logical.

Any thoughts on these temps? Is this equipment that crap? Have I done something stupid?

//EDIT - Forgot to say what the CPU temp was. GAH! Cpu temp seems to be idling around 46-47C.
