Thats in the middle of the day. I just woke up, and ambient temp now is about 27C, CPU is at 43C. That's not bad I think. I don't have AC, all I have is a fan sitting in a windows trying to circulate air, but when the days get hot, all it can really do is circulate hot air.

CPU temp is measured using in-socket diode (eww) on an 8K5A2+.

The entire system is on 3/8ths tubings, the rad isnt special in that regard.

As for flow rate, I have the little flow-meter in the system which reports a value to the motherboard header. Only, I have no idea what the value it reports is. The number is 3700ish, will fluctuage between 3705 and 3792. But if you know what flow-rate that equals, please do tell me.

I'll have to find a small thermometer first, and then I'll try to get a water-temperature reading. So far I've just been using the touch-the-tubing/res method to guage water temp.

Waterblock is on as tight as it will go. Any tighter and I'm going to start risking pulling my socket off. I was able to bring temps down from 49-46C (in the hot part of the day) by tightening the block. But I really dont think it will go any further.

A bong is a bit more than I can handle I think. Especially seeing as I'm three-floors up. So I just hope to get this waterkit working.

I know the fan sucks, like I said, it is being replaced, just wont be until friday/monday. Hopefully doubling the CFM going through the rad will decrease water-temps.

Ok, I think I got it all.
