A Via Aqua 1300 will cost like $20. A good block around $50. 10-12 feet (just in case) of 1/2" ID Tubing (Much <3 for Clearflex), around $20. A '92 Camaro heatercore, some 1/2" OD hose barbs, and JB Weld, about $25. All in all, that's under $100 for the setup (if you already have a 120mm fan). If you have a can of spray paint and some card board, you can give the heatercore and a paintjob and rig yourself a fan shroud.
I have the same basic case (Actually it's the midtower Chieftec Dragon, but the layout is the same, minus the 5¼ bays), and I got a '92 Camaro HC earlier this week and it fits perfectly, although it's a tight squeeze. The only thing is that you have to ditch the bottom 3½ drive cage and drill out the holder. You'd probably be better off with the heatercore than with the black ice extreme, and you'll save $20 in the process.
