I found resellers for Tygon but prices are... hmm... painful. What i found was 14€ per meter for 1/2" (vs about 6€ per meter in the U.S.). 3/8" is about 11€/m which is still too high.
I ended up ordering it from the US along with some HW so shipping wont hurt me too much...
