First tests look good...I put it on a Morgan-Duron 1.1ghz running 1.95 volts and under chip thermistor reports low 20's C . This box is outside in my workshop, so ambient temps are low.
To get a better idea of temps I'll put it on my Tbird which has a sensor epoxied under the chip.
I wanted to make sure it was safe to use before I cooked my AHYJA bird...
I'm pleased with the results so far. Will update later.
