No points for using common hand tools here.

Pyrmid style pins that are 1/16" at base and 1/32" at top. I have a 1/4" peice of acrylic for a spacer for water flow and a 1/4" peice for the top peice. the depth of the pins are .030". Base is 1/8" aluminum (lack of copper). All I can tell you is it only took about 15mins.
