Before I buy a Heater Core I have a few questions. If I am going to modify the barbs to become .5" does it matter what size the barbs currently are, or if there is an ideal size to make things easier on me? You guys got any suggestions for a heatercore that will fit 1 120mm fan on each side of the rad, this will go in an external box. Maybe even 2 120mm fans each side.
