For heatercores, most of the time you'll have to cut off the tubes and fit your own barbs. Replacing them is easy: if you soldered them on, desolder them; if you JB Welded them, rip them off

Most heatercores can fit a 120mm fan on each side. If you want big, then just look for a heatercore from a big car :P.
