Finally got the screws needed to put this thing together. My scedual is not looking good though. Going to have a SolidWorks2003 tutorial today from a freind of mine. Also have my daughter all weekend and she is only 6 so that keeps me from running machines. I might be able to drill out the mounting holes and seal the block up tomorrow though. I ordered a new 1700+ TBred yesterday and plan on having this block done and ready for it by the time it gets here wendsday or thursday, but if i can manage to get the mounting holes drilled tomorrow I will be able to mount it after the sealant dries. Clear RTV for the copper base to the middle acrylic peice and IPS Weld On #4 for the acrylic to acrylic. It isn't going to take much. I bolted it together without sealant and it will hold 15PSI with minimul leakage!

There is ALOT of surface area for the seal. Looking forward to seeing what it will do.
