You could try mbm5, but I doubt it would be any more accurate.

"In the 40's" refers to a water cooled dual setup, so I tend to think you're running above that. On the other hand, if you're not overclocked ... bu most people don't OC in duallies... I dunno:shrug:

Maybe if you could measure the HSF temperature: the CPU should be at least 10 deg C above it. Not easy. Maybe a "hands-on" approach would be easiest: does the heatsink feel warm/hot, when you touch it? (at the base of the heatsink, on the outer edge)
