What you need to do is, after filling that form out and getting your e-mail with your user handle, you need to click on the "High-Flyers" button at the top of the page. Login there with your handle and the password you chose, and you will be taken to your personal stats page. At the top of the personal stats page is your profile. Here you can change your username and Organization, and most importantly, select ProCooling from the "Current Team" drop-down list". Then click the "save changes" button. If you don't do this, your work will not count towards the ProCooling team. Simply entering ProCooling as your Organization will not do the trick.
